Terms and Conditions

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our customers. Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date and time of the experience.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time will not be eligible for a refund.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channels (email or phone).

No-Show Policy

• If a customer does not arrive at the agreed meeting point on time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Changes to Bookings

• If you wish to modify your booking (date, time, or number of participants), please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In case of bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
• If we cancel the tour, customers will be offered either:
  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule for another available date.

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
